Below is the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates:
- Once you are pre-qualified, you will receive a call and undergo screening.
- An assessment will be submitted to the client.
- You will be scheduled in for an interview.
- Receive, discuss and accept the job offer.
- Submit pre-employment requirements and references.
- Undergo onboarding.
Below is the onboarding process:
- Submission of onboarding documents (DOIS, 100 points, etc.)
- Placement record is made.
- Receive contract, WFH document, induction and OHS.
- Receive new starter email.
- Contractor ID is created in the system.
- Receive first day details.
- Receive regular contractor care.
Yes, we can. We have the ability to sponsor some candidates providing the requirements for a visa are met.
